• Provide thought leadership on the product technical roadmap and other technology areas
• Lead and work independently with developers to implement new and improved functions, understanding the big picture while still being hands-on
• Guide and lead the development teams on implemention and improving the product
• Drive recommendations for business prioritization, roadmaps, and product improvements
• Engineer efficient, adaptable, scalable, and reliable product
• Leverage industry knowledge and stay close to technology developments in the open-source and cloud communities
• Provide technical direction to the development teams
• Develop trusting relationships with our Product Manager and other subject matter experts
• Communicate with senior leaders regarding the architecture, discuss problems and recommend solutions and improvements.
• Develop our next level of architects and technology talent
• Practice and enforce Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Contribute to organization wide initiatives and innovation programs
• Share knowledge and experience with other team members through articles, white-papers, webinars, etc
• Contribute to Architecture CoE.

#LI-SL1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Education:

• Computer Science/EE undergraduate or graduate degree.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience within a software or systems engineering organization with high level expertise in a specific solution/technology.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command of the English language.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working as a contributing member of a Scrum team.
• Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographical regions.
• Ability to communicate tasks, requirements, and design information with clients.

Proven experience developing professional looking websites with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (preferred knowledge in SCSS/LESS), REACT andor Angular

• Proven experience in developing Node.js using ES6 syntax.
• Proven experience developing custom ReactJS pure functions and class components.
• Work Experience on developing customized Grafana/Kibana dashboard plugins
• Understanding of modern UI frameworks and front-end architecture.
• Proven experience in working with relational databases like MySQL and MS SQL Server
• Ability to efficiently write custom SQL queries to retrieve information from a relational database

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience writing automated UI tests in at least one of the following frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Chai
