Job Description

We're looking for a UGC Scriptwriting & Content Strategy Intern who can turn everyday products into scroll-stopping stories.

What You'll Do:

-Dive deep into brand worlds understand each brand's tone, audience, and product USP.
-Conceptualize 15-45 sec UGC ad ideas think problem-solution, testimonial, founder story, lifestyle narrative & more.
-Write engaging, natural scripts that creators can easily perform and audiences instantly connect with.
-Collaborate with the UGC & Marketing teams to refine concepts and bring ideas to life.
-Research trending formats, hooks, and viral patterns across Reels, Shorts & TikTok-style platforms.
-Brainstorm fresh storytelling angles that drive both emotion and conversions.
-Build a growing script bank and idea library for our recurring clients.

You're a Great Fit If You:

-Have strong creative writing skills (English or Hinglish we love both!)
-Are passionate about short-form content, UGC, and storytelling
-Can visualize your ideas like a director "I can already see the shot!"
-Are active on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok-style platforms

Bonus:

Know a thing or two about D2C brands or performance marketing ads

-Adapting your tone to match different brands
-Collaborating with creators, marketers & strategy teams
-Trend analysis & content ideation that performs

Mode:

In-office (Dwarka Mor, New Delhi)

Duration:

3 months

Stipend:

5000-15000 per month (It may vary based on various factors)

Office Timings:

10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Working Days:

Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturdays & Sundays are off)
