We're seeking a

UGC Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager

with 4-6 years of experience to lead and scale our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UGC-driven strategies, influencer outreach, and affiliate partnerships in the

e-commerce industry

, particularly in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on UGC (User-Generated Content) to drive engagement and conversions. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Design and manage end-to-end

affiliate programs

, including tracking, commissions, and performance analytics. Collaborate with the creative team to repurpose UGC for ads, social media, and product pages. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on ROI, reach, engagement, and sales. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, FTC guidelines, and platform algorithms. Work closely with the e-commerce, paid ads, and SEO teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements:

4-6 years of proven experience in influencer marketing and affiliate management in the

e-commerce space

. Strong network of influencers, creators, and affiliate platforms/tools (e.g., Impact, Refersion, ShareASale). Hands-on experience with UGC campaigns and performance-based influencer marketing. Data-driven mindset with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
