Job Description

:

We are seeking a presentable, confident, and articulate UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator who can visit client locations, interact with clients and customers, and shoot high-quality video content on-site. This role requires someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, has a natural storytelling ability, and can represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites (offices, properties, retail outlets, etc.) to capture UGC-style content. Conduct on-camera interviews with clients, customers, or team members. Present scripts or ad-lib naturally while speaking to camera. Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams for content planning. Ensure the content is shot in a natural, professional, and brand-aligned manner. Provide basic direction on framing and lighting if a videographer is unavailable. Occasionally assist in scripting and conceptualising content ideas for clients.

Skillset & Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills. Strong on-camera presence and ability to speak confidently with minimal retakes. Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (bonus for regional/local language fluency depending on location). Prior experience in hosting, anchoring, or creating social media/reel content preferred. Basic understanding of content formats for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Willingness to travel frequently within city limits and occasionally outside. Familiarity with brand guidelines, tone, and audience sensitivity.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

Experience as a brand ambassador, emcee, or anchor. Knowledge of mobile videography or use of gimbals and mic attachments. Background in media, journalism, digital marketing, or acting.
