About the Role:

We're looking for a

full-time UGC (User Generated Content) Creator

who lives and breathes social media trends!

You'll be responsible for creating

authentic, engaging, and stylish content

that represents the voice and vibe of

Sumeet Bazaar

.

From

fashion try-ons

to

behind-the-scenes Reels

, you'll help our audience connect emotionally with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit

UGC-style short videos

(Reels, Shorts, Stories) for social media platforms.

Create

relatable and trendy fashion content

featuring Sumeet Bazaar's collections.

Conceptualize new ideas for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.

Stay updated with the latest

social media trends, audios, transitions, and aesthetics.

Capture lifestyle and in-store moments (try-on, walk-ins, customer interactions, styling looks).

Collaborate closely with the

marketing and visual teams

to align content with campaigns.

Review analytics and performance insights to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

Strong on-camera presence & confidence in front of the camera.

Experience in

shooting & editing short-form content

(Reels/Shorts).

Familiarity with editing apps like

CapCut, VN, or InShot.

Deep understanding of

fashion, trends, and storytelling.

Ability to ideate, script, and execute content independently.

Good communication & coordination skills with the marketing team.

1+ year of experience in UGC or social media content creation preferred.
