:

• Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures, Plastic Parts, Machined Components etc.
• Perform 3D modelling and drafting in UG/NX
• Prepare bill of materials in SAP
• Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
• Process data through team center
• Basics of project management activities
• Perform tolerance stack-up

Mandatory skills

• Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures, Plastic Parts, Machined Components etc.
• Experience in Plastic part design / Sheet metal design and drawing creation
• Injection Molding process knowledge
• Interpreting mold flow simulation results
• Very Good CAD experience using UG NX & Team center
• Knowledge in Automotive systems added advantage
• Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
• Good knowledge in designing fixtures, mounting brackets
• Work experience in handling data through SAP modules
• Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking & Self motivated
