Your Role

We are looking for an experienced UFT Automation Testing Consultant to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Micro Focus UFT (Unified Functional Testing)

, a good understanding of test automation frameworks, and experience in integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using

UFT/QTP

for web and desktop applications.

Design and implement

automation frameworks

and reusable components.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using UFT.

Collaborate with QA teams, developers, and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage.

Execute automated test suites and analyze results, reporting defects in tools like ALM or JIRA.

Integrate UFT automation scripts with

CI/CD tools

(e.g., Jenkins).

Maintain test data and ensure scalability of automation solutions.

Your Profile

Exposure to

API testing

and integration with UFT.

Familiarity with

BPT (Business Process Testing)

in ALM.

Basic knowledge of

other automation tools

(e.g., Selenium, Tosca).

Understanding of

Agile methodologies

and participation in Agile projects.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
