- Dialing 80-100+ calls daily to connect with students who've enquired about our courses.- Counseling students on their learning goals and suggesting the most suitable course options.- Arranging and conducting video call meetings with students for in-depth counseling.- Scheduling free demo lectures with mentors if required.- Maintaining a structured pipeline in CRM software for all leads and follow-ups.- Working towards a monthly revenue target, generating a minimum of 10X your fixed CTC.- Being ready to work under pressure and stretch on extra days/hours if needed - this is a hardcore, target-oriented sales role.
