Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions from doctors.
Maintain proper records of medicines, stocks, and expiry dates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations.
Guide patients on dosage, usage, side effects, and storage of medicines.
Manage inventory: stock checks, ordering medicines, and reducing pilferage/wastage.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely replenishment of medicines.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions in the pharmacy area.
Pharmacy Licence is mantatory.
Unit Coordination Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the unit/clinic.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
Liaise between doctors, staff, and patients to ensure timely communication and service.
Monitor and support front-office, nursing, and housekeeping teams as required.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on patient footfall, revenue, pharmacy stock, etc.
Ensure all documentation, patient records, and logs are properly maintained.
Support in internal audits, compliance checks, and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Pharmacy Council.
1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
