Title: Premium Customer Upsell

Working Days: 20 days a month (5 days/week + 2 additional offs)

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC + Incentives (?35K-?45K monthly)

Qualification: Min 12th

Experience: Freshers are eligible

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

Connect with customers as per process requirement. Promote and upsell products, services, or subscriptions. Handle queries with fluent English communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate call logs and sales reports. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work with team leaders to improve performance. Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes.
