Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on System Engineer to lead and support the complete system integration of advanced unmanned platforms. The ideal candidate will work on integrating electronic systems into vehicle platforms, ensuring seamless assembly, sensor integration, testing, and system performance validation.
Key Responsibilities:
? Integrate electronics, sensors, communication modules, power systems, and mechanical assemblies into operational vehicles.
? Handle high-end sensor integration, calibration, and interfacing with onboard processing units.
? Ensure proper power management, wiring harness layout, and system interconnectivity. ? Support prototype assembly, bench testing, and field deployment of integrated platforms.
? Collaborate with the electronics, software, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth system-level operation.
? Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of system-level issues.
? Document system architecture, wiring schematics, integration checklists, and test results. ? Support iterative improvements to enhance reliability, robustness, and performance.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.
? 1-3 years of hands-on experience in system integration and testing of mechatronic or vehicle-based platforms.
? Familiarity with high-end sensors (LiDAR, sonar, cameras, IMUs, GPS, etc.) and their integration.
? Good understanding of power distribution, signal integrity, and connector systems.
? Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with hardware and firmware interfaces.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
? Experience with drones, UGVs, or underwater vehicles is a plus.
? Knowledge of embedded systems, CAN/Ethernet protocols, or autopilot systems is desirable.
