We are seeking a skilled and motivated UAV Engineer to join our R&D and flight operations team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the full lifecycle of UAV development--from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop UAV airframes and propulsion systems Perform CAD modeling and structural analysis (SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.) Integrate avionics, autopilot systems (e.g., Pixhawk, Ardupilot), and communication modules Conduct lab-based and field-based flight testing Troubleshoot system failures and implement design improvements Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (aerodynamics, payload, software, etc.) Document design specifications, test results, and compliance reports Ensure adherence to DGCA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field 2-4 years of experience in UAV design, development, and operations Strong understanding of flight dynamics, propulsion systems, and control theory Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA), MATLAB/Simulink, and simulation software Familiarity with embedded systems, GPS, telemetry, and mission planning tools Hands-on experience with soldering, fabrication, and drone assembly is a plus DGCA RPAS Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
