Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a UAS Instructor and Operator based in Delhi, NCR. The role involves training personnel in the operation and maintenance of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), ensuring safe and effective usage during missions.

Responsibilities include preparing training materials, delivering practical and theoretical instruction, evaluating trainee performance, and providing operational support for UAS deployments. The candidate will also assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures for WB Electronics' systems.

This role requires travel to off sites

Qualifications

A degree in engineering (aviation, aerospace, or a related technical field) is a MUST Expertise in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operation, including minimum 5 years of practical experience with UAV platforms. Ability to train individuals on UAS operation and maintenance, with skills in developing training materials and conducting evaluations. Familiarity with communication and command systems, along with knowledge of fire control and reconnaissance systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and adhering to safety regulations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for delivering training sessions and liaising with team members. Background in defense systems or military operations and experience with the Indian defense ecosystem is highly advantageous.
