About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

Full Stack Developer (JavaScript + Python)

to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for a technically strong and communicative engineer who can take anactive role in

hiring and evaluating talent

, conducting

technical interviews

and

assessments

to help grow a high-performing development team.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical interviews and technical assessments to identify and evaluate top engineering talent. Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using Node.js, Express, React/Vue/Next.js, and Python. Develop responsive and visually consistent UIs with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Design and optimise data models using SQL and NoSQL databases. Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests to ensure product reliability. Lead projects from initial architecture to final deployment, ensuring scalability and performance. Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, user-centric solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, Express) and Python for backend and API development. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js). Proven ability to build responsive UIs using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimisation. Experience writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests. Demonstrated capability to lead engineering teams and deliver projects from concept to production. Strong communication skills with experience conducting technical interviews and assessments.

Nice to Have

Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Cloud platforms. Exposure to AI/ML technologies or data-driven applications.
