About the Role

Dunlop Tyres is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Manager - Domestic Sales

to drive business growth across key territories in

Uttar Pradesh

, with a strong focus on the

Truck & Bus Bias (TBB) tyre segment

. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for strengthening market presence, expanding channel networks, and delivering consistent revenue and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive

sales volume, revenue, and market share growth

across assigned UP territories. Develop and execute

territory-level sales plans

aligned with overall business objectives. Build, expand, and effectively manage

dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks

. Identify, onboard, and manage

key fleet operators, government, and institutional accounts

. Track and analyze

market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

to identify growth opportunities. Execute and monitor

trade promotions, incentive schemes, and branding initiatives

at the ground level. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of the

Uttar Pradesh tyre market

, particularly the

TBB segment

. Proven experience in

dealer development, territory expansion, and key account management

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Ability to work independently with a

hands-on, ownership-driven approach

. Strong analytical skills with a

data-driven decision-making mindset

. High energy, target-oriented, and execution-focused attitude.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor degree

5-10 years of experience

in the tyre industry, with extensive exposure in the

UP market

(Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Allahabad, Ayodhya & Pratapgarh*).
Strong experience in

TBB tyres

sales.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
