Position: Tyre Building Operator

Location: Muradnagar, Uttar Pradesh

Requisites:

Diploma/ Degree in ? Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production Technology (Preferred) ITI in Rubber Technology, Fitter, or Machine Operation Minimum 3 years of experience in tire building or related field. Familiarity with tire-building machines and materials. Attention to detail and ability to detect errors in the assembly process. Physical stamina to handle continuous machine operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate tire-building machines to assemble various tire components. Ensure accurate placement of tread, sidewalls, and beads during assembly. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed. Inspect assembled tires for any defects before curing. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the work area. Follow production targets and safety regulations.
