Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Typist to produce accurate, well-formatted documents in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and familiarity with office software. This role requires discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain organised records, both digital and physical.
Perform data entry and update information into databases or spreadsheet
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
Typing speed of 50-60 wpm with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and typing software.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Prior experience in medical, legal, or technical typing.
