The Typist will be responsible for accurately typing and preparing official documents, reports, letters, and records for the institution, ensuring error-free and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Type official letters, circulars, notices, and reports with speed and accuracy.
Prepare and maintain records, data entry, and documentation as required.
Proofread documents to ensure error-free formatting, spelling, and grammar.
Assist in preparing examination papers, student records, and internal communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and institutional records.
Organize and file typed documents in both digital and physical formats.
Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when needed.
Coordinate with staff for document-related requirements.
