Key Responsibilities:
Type and format documents, letters, reports, and notices accurately
Enter data into computer systems and maintain records
Edit, proofread, and correct documents as required
Maintain files (digital and physical) in an organized manner
Assist with routine office and administrative work
Handle confidential documents responsibly
Operate office equipment such as printers and scanners
Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Minimum
10+2 (Senior Secondary)
qualification
Proficiency in
English and/or Hindi typing
Knowledge of
MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
Typing speed of
at least 30-40 words per minute
with accuracy
Relevant experience preferred
Skills Required:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Good command of spelling, grammar, and formatting
Attention to detail and time management
Basic computer and office skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
