We are seeking a skilled Typist for our construction projects to provide accurate and efficient typing support in both
Hindi and English
. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, knowledge of construction-related documentation, and the ability to manage correspondence, reports, and records for site and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Type and format letters, reports, estimates, contracts, and other construction-related documents in Hindi and English.
Prepare minutes of meetings, site instructions, and internal memos.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of project correspondence and administrative data.
Transcribe handwritten notes and site records into digital format.
Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and office staff to collect and prepare documentation.
Handle confidential documents with discretion.
Support the admin team with basic clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a construction or infrastructure company).
Proficiency in
Hindi typing (Krutidev, Mangal, or Unicode)
and English typing.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 wpm in English, 30 wpm in Hindi).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Familiarity with construction terms and formats is an advantage.
Education & Experience
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications (preferred).
1-2 years of typing or administrative experience in a construction company or similar field.
