Key Responsibilities:
- Typing & Documentation:
- Type official documents, letters, reports, and other materials accurately.
- Maintain records and organize files systematically.
- Ensure error-free and timely typing of correspondence.
- Office Administration:
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and records.
- Maintain confidential documents securely.
- General Support:
- Assist in handling visitors and clients professionally.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in typing (minimum 40-50 words per minute).
- Knowledge of shorthand (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Office Administration.
- A graduate degree is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
