We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled
Two-Wheeler Trainer & Customer Service Advisor
who can take charge of our training programs and manage daily service operations at our service outlet.
Key Responsibilities1. Training & Development
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for two-wheeler technicians and mechanics (theoretical and practical).
Conduct interactive sessions covering diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting techniques for two-wheeler systems.
Prepare and update training manuals, guides, and technical reference materials for trainees.
Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure skill development aligns with ASDC standards.
2. Technical Knowledge Transfer
Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and innovations in the two-wheeler industry.
Demonstrate practical technical skills such as engine overhauls, electrical diagnostics, and other service procedures.
Train participants on the correct usage of diagnostic equipment and tools.
3. Customer Service & Workshop Operations
Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service outlet.
Handle service estimation, job card preparation, and service floor operations efficiently.
Maintain accurate service cost estimates, service records, and ensure timely job completion.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service requirements, costs, and delivery timelines.
Promote additional services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Quality Control & Safety
Enforce safety standards and best practices during training and workshop operations.
Perform quality checks on completed jobs and training assessments.
Monitor and report trainee and service team performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed training records, attendance, feedback forms, and performance reports.
Prepare and submit service operation reports, customer feedback summaries, and training outcome evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
in two-wheeler service, maintenance, or as a technical trainer.
Prior experience as a
Service Advisor
or in a customer-facing technical role preferred.
Certifications:
ASDC or OEM technical certifications are a strong advantage.
Skills & Attributes
In-depth technical knowledge of two-wheeler systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities - training, floor supervision, and customer interaction.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Passion for two-wheeler technology and skill development.
