. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer acquisition, documentation coordination, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and source customers for
Two-Wheeler Refinance Loans
Conduct field visits to meet customers and explain loan features & eligibility
Coordinate loan documentation and application process
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and daily sales MIS
Build strong relationships with local customers and referral sources
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year
(Relevant experience in Two-Wheeler Refinance / Micro Finance / JLG / MSME / Group Loan preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field sales and local travel
Salary:
?15,100 + Attractive Incentives (based on experience)
