Media Relations
Job Description
Leverage digital media resources and serve as point person for OMD Global and Regional Digital media leads (awareness media) iProspect (U.S. Paid Social media)
Work with Indirect Procurement to create process for regular assessment of agency performance and standardized approach to compensation, agency pitches
Collaborate and partner with Global Brands to ensure Global Brand Media Strategies and Integrated Briefs provide the optimal guidance and inspiration to improve our ability to engage consumers through the various digital channels
Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence
Assures the planning and coordination of the executive's calendar of events
Processes payments to vendors and maintains current contacts for all vendors
Manages ticket assignments and distribution for client entertainment
Provide administrative support to Local Sales Managers in outlying offices
