Otomatiks is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Tutor to join our educational support team. This role involves providing personalized academic assistance to students, helping them understand subject matter, improve study habits, and achieve academic goals. Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in designated subject areas.*
Tailor instruction methods to meet each student's unique learning needs and academic level.*
Help students improve understanding of core concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for tests.*
Monitor and assess student progress and adjust tutoring strategies accordingly.*
Maintain a positive, encouraging, and focused learning environment.*
Communicate regularly with students (and parents, if applicable) about academic progress and challenges.*
Keep accurate records of sessions, attendance, and performance.*
Collaborate with teaching staff (if needed) to align tutoring support with classroom instruction.*

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Education or a relevant subject area.*
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.*
Strong grasp of subject content and the ability to explain it clearly.*
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.*
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to fit individual student learning styles.*
