Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tutor Recruitment Associate located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for recruiting expert tutors to the Filo platform, and ensuring a high-quality tutor community. They will work closely with the team to expand the tutor network and support student learning needs.

Qualifications

Recruitment experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in education or tutoring industry Knowledge of e-learning platforms Ability to analyze tutor performance metrics Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
