Tutor in Hospital Administration (Full-Time Faculty Position)

Position Summary:

Wellcaza School of Health Sciences is inviting applications for the position of Lecturer in Hospital Administration under the Department of Health Innovation and Policy Research. The role involves teaching, academic coordination, student mentoring, and curriculum development for the institute's Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma programmes in Hospital Administration. This is a full-time, offline teaching role designed for professionals with a strong academic foundation and a passion for guiding the next generation of healthcare administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured lectures, workshops, and seminars in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management. Lead discussions on hospital operations, healthcare policy, quality management, hospital planning, public health systems, and health economics. Support academic administration in areas such as timetabling, assessments, and student records. Collaborate with the department in research, curriculum review, and institutional development.
Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Master's degree (full-time/regular mode) in any of the following disciplines from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE-approved institution. Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)/ MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management/ PGDM in Hospital Administration / Health Management/MA in Healthcare Management / Health Economics / Public Health.
Experience Requirements:

Preferred: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of teaching or industry experience in hospital administration, healthcare consulting, or health policy-related functions. Freshers with excellent academic records and communication skills may also apply.
Desirable Attributes:

Strong grasp of hospital systems, healthcare laws, accreditation, and policy frameworks. Excellent presentation and classroom delivery skills. Familiarity with NABH/NABL, Ayushman Bharat, NQAS, and public/private healthcare systems in India.
Work Schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Mode of Teaching: Fully Offline (Campus-based classes)
