Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct online live classes for students (Grades 4-6) via digital platforms.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and study materials as per the syllabus.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Coordinate with the academic team to improve content delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Ed preferred).
Strong communication and subject expertise.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
Familiarity with online teaching tools (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
Reliable internet connection and a digital teaching setup (laptop, headset).
