Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Education Mentor to guide and support ISC students and mentors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in inclusive education, learning diversity, and child development to ensure that every student--regardless of ability or background--thrives in our programs.--

Key Responsibilities

Act as a mentor and advisor to students with diverse learning needs within ISC programs.

Support and train ISC facilitators/mentors on inclusive teaching strategies.

Identify early learning or behavioral challenges and suggest suitable interventions.

Design and recommend inclusive activities, games, and assessments for students aged 9-16.

Collaborate with content teams to make ISC courses accessible to all learners.

Conduct short workshops or webinars for parents.

Maintain student progress reports and recommend enrichment or support plans.

Foster a positive, empathetic, and motivating learning atmosphere in every session.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a educator, tution education mentor, or counselor.

Strong understanding of learning disabilities, emotional development, and behavioral management report to psychology team

Excellent communication, empathy, and mentoring skills.

Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

(Preferred) Experience in online learning or youth development programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,942.67 per month

Work Location: In person
