Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate

CNC Turnmill machines

(multi-axis) as per job specifications. Interpret

engineering drawings

, CAD files, and G-code/M-code programs. Perform

tool setting

, offset adjustments, and machine calibration. Conduct

first part inspection

and ensure dimensional accuracy using instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure

minimal downtime

. Maintain

5S and safety standards

on the shop floor. Collaborate with programmers and quality teams to optimize production.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
