Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Turners to join our team at our facility in RIICO Ind Area Bhiwadi. The Turner will be responsible for operating lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operate lathe machines to perform turning operations, including facing, turning, grooving, threading, and boring. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine specifications and tolerances. Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, work holding devices, and machine settings for optimal performance. Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs. Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with other team members, including machinists, supervisors, and quality control personnel. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production output. Identify and troubleshoot machining problems, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

ITI certification in Mechanical Turner or a related field. Proven experience as a Turner in a manufacturing environment is preferred. For experienced candidates: 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of lathe operation, machining principles, and cutting tool technology. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a machine shop environment. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.

Salary:

Experienced: ?12,000 to ?18,000 per month Fresher: ?9,000 to ?12,000 per month
