Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate

manual lathe machines

for precision turning operations.

Read and interpret

engineering drawings, job sheets, and measurements

.

Perform operations such as

facing, turning, threading, and taper turning, boring, drilling, grooving, chamfering, and parting

.

Maintain

tight tolerances and dimensional accuracy

in finished parts.

Select and set

cutting tools, tool holders, chucks, fixtures, and feeds/speeds

.

Inspect components using

Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, dial gauges, etc.

Perform

basic machine maintenance, lubrication, and tool sharpening

.

Maintain

production records and job cards

.

Follow

all safety practices and maintain a clean workspace

.

All above responsibilities related to Mechanical seal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
