We are looking for a

Global Support Graduate

to join our Customer Solution Center. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You'll be part of a dynamic team that provides remote technical support, solves real-world IT challenges, and contributes to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do:

Deliver remote technical support to customers, partners, and HPE employees, resolving hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on various HPE technologies, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained Collaborate with experienced team members and escalate more complex issues when necessary Document case summaries and resolutions, contributing to HPE's Knowledge Management System (KMS) Continuously build knowledge on HPE technologies, tools, and processes Play a key role in customer success by proactively identifying common issues and sharing prevention strategies

About you:

Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field Excellent communication skills in

Italian

and

English

(written and spoken) & French is an advantage. A problem-solving mindset and interest in delivering exceptional customer support Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and remote-first environment Able to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Basic understanding of computing, storage, or peripheral systems is a plus
