Location: Panskura, East Midnapore. Key Job roles: The applicant will be responsible for Getting large n umber of students and effective operation of the Coaching centre.

• Prepare and plan student mobilisation, marketing, counselling and campaign plans.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and event management.
• Tie up with schools, other tuition centres, retired teachers, influencers.
• Students acquisition, counselling, enrolment and onboarding.
• Day to day centre operation.
• Regular class scheduling and ensure teachers are prepared.
• Monitoring teaching quality and ensuring QUALITY TUITION.
• Parent interactions for any query.

Nature: Full time. Work from office Preferred Background: 1. Previous roles as Coaching Centre manager / Coaching centre head / Centre sales head. 2. Good sales and marketing skills, understanding of student enrolment and acquisition in the local market. 3. M.Sc / MA / MSW / Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / MBA / MSW / M.Com 4. High computer proficiency, mastery of English and Bengali language and report preparation. 5. Good understanding of EDTECH digital delivery and school tuition market.
