Is responsible for ensuring that floor mats meet defined quality standards and customer expectations throughout the production process.

key Responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation:

Set up machines according to specific production requirements. Load raw materials (e.g., PVC compound) and other necessary components into the machines. Operate the machinery, ensuring it functions correctly and efficiently. Monitor the production process and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Perform regular inspections and use measurement tools to verify product dimensions. Identify and segregate any defective or non-conforming materials. Diagnose and resolve issues or malfunctions with the machinery to minimize downtime. Perform minor adjustments to machine settings (e.g., temperature, speed, pressure) to maintain product quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating the machines, to keep them in good working order. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the machinery. Complete production reports and accurately document machine performance, output, and quality metrics. Keep records of raw material consumption and production data.
Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Ability to understand and operate PVC Tufting machinery. Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process issues.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous approach to monitoring and ensuring product quality and consistency.

Safety Awareness:

A strong commitment to following safety procedures to prevent accidents.

Basic Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
