The Team

Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Your work profile:

As a

Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant

in our

T&T

Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -


+ Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions.
+ Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
+ Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
+ Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
+ Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
+ Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.

Desired Qualifications

+ Collaborate with software engineers, architects, data scientists, business analysts, and product managers to develop middleware solutions.
+ Design and implement full-stack applications with an emphasis on high-performance and scalable architectures.
+ Develop both

front-end (ReactJS)

and

back-end (GoLang)

components with seamless integration.
+ Work with relational and non-relational databases such as

PostgreSQL and MongoDB

.
+ Leverage

AWS cloud services

to build and deploy applications.
+ Utilize

Terraform

for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
+ Manage repository and CI/CD pipelines using

GitHub and GitHub Actions

.
+ Write clean, structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
+ Develop and maintain APIs ensuring responsiveness, security, and efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
+ Implement security and data protection measures.
+ Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimize front-end performance.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation.
+ Continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline to streamline development and deployment.
+ Optimize backend systems and websites for better performance through benchmarking.

Required Skills & Experience

+

Proficiency in Full-Stack Development:

+ Front-End: ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
+ Back-End: GoLang, Node.js
+ Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
+

Cloud & Infrastructure:

+ AWS cloud services
+ Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
+ Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
+

Development Best Practices:

+ Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming
+ Design patterns and best practices for scalable applications
+ Ability to write efficient, modular, and reusable code
+

DevOps & Automation:

+ CI/CD pipeline setup and improvement
+ Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions for repository and automation
+

Soft Skills:

+ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
+ Agile methodology experience (Scrum)
+ A learner mindset, open to new technologies
+ Strong attention to detail and UI/UX best practices

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in developing microservices architectures.
+ Knowledge of GraphQL.
+ Exposure to mobile development using React Native.
+ Experience working in the EV or fintech domain.
+ Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.

Location and way of working:

+ Base location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad
+ This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
