The team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.



We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

: Undertaking training need assessment for each program in coordination with scheme managers, creating annual training calendar for the convergence schemes, creating variety of documents of capacity building (e.g. SOPs, manual, FAQs etc.),presentation and videos for knowledge dissemination, providing virtual / in-person orientation and technical training sessions for Claim adjudicators (CPDs, Sanctioning Authorities, Director Medicals, Nodal Officers, DDOs etc.), Service providers(Hospitals and Call Centre Team),Scheme administrators (Officers nominated by parent ministry/department to oversee the implementation of scheme)and Beneficiaries, training the Master Trainers, maintaining records of capacity building session and all other tasks pertaining to Capacity building management.



Qualification: Master's degree in social Welfare/Public relations/MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master from a reputed and recognized.



University or Institution



Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial role capacity building or training
