Manager - Cloud Strategy & Engineering Experience: 10-13 years Role Summary: Own client relationships and lead large-scale cloud transformation programs. Drive strategic outcomes and ensure delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Advisory o Define cloud strategy and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives. o Lead development of cloud governance models, FinOps frameworks, and operating models. o Drive cloud repatriation analysis and hybrid cloud strategy formulation. o Present strategic recommendations to client leadership and influence decision-making. Technical o Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. o Oversee modernization strategy including replatforming, refactoring, and containerization. o Lead TCO analysis and ROI modeling for cloud investments. o Evaluate and recommend cloud tools for observability, automation, and cost management. Leadership & Delivery o Manage multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and workstreams. o Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. o Support practice development through reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge sharing. o Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development. Cloud Provider Alignment o Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform; multi-cloud experience preferred. o Experience with cloud security and compliance tooling Certifications o Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, Private Cloud) or Any specialty certification (Big Data, Networking, Security, DevOps, FinOps, etc.) Industry Exposure o Proven experience in leading cloud programs in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing. o Ability to tailor cloud strategy to industry-specific constraints.
