About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

React Native Developer

to lead the development of high-performing mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and team collaboration, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex mobile applications using

React Native

. Architect and implement reusable components and libraries for future use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to ensure seamless integration. Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across platforms. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Implement best practices for

state management

,

testing

, and

deployment

. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-8 years

of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least

3+ years in React Native

. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript

,

TypeScript

, and ES6+ concepts. Expertise in

Redux

,

MobX

, or other advanced state management solutions. Solid understanding of

native modules

,

bridging

, and platform-specific optimizations. Experience with

RESTful APIs

GraphQL

, and backend integration. Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

App Store

, and

Google Play

deployment processes. Strong knowledge of

unit testing

integration testing

, and automation tools (Jest, Detox). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
