Level - Senior Consultant/Manager
Location - Hyderabad or Bengaluru

• Defines, measures, and explores current state processes to identify areas for simplification, standardization and/or automation using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Provide fact-driven root cause analysis and hypotheses based on data analysis to discover areas that need improvements
• Creating and executing a business change impact assessment and change adoption plan to ensure change is successfully implemented
• Identifying, mobilizing and managing the change network for the project; Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
