Understand Process Mining solution offered by platforms like Signavio, Celonis & its existing capabilities Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data from various on-premise and cloud-based systems Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data sources Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and apply performance tuning techniques such as indexing and partitioning Work closely with IT teams and system experts to ensure proper data access, system configuration, and integration Design logical and physical data models to support business process mining use cases Collaborate with business stakeholders and process analysts to gather requirements and translate business logic into relevant KPI dashboards Document technical processes, data models, and pipeline configurations for transparency and maintainability Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the data lifecycle Provide ongoing support for data-related issues and enhancements post-implementation * Promote and implement best practices in data engineering and process mining across teams
