Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components

, and

Salesforce APIs

. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Good to have

Agentforce

experience. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools

. Implement and optimize

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products

as per project needs. Create and manage

triggers, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes

. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality with adherence to

Salesforce development standards and best practices

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and participate in

sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

. Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance with data governance policies.
Provide post-deployment support and assist in end-user training/documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




0-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in

Apex

,

Visualforce

,

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

, and

SOQL

. Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools. Experience with

REST/SOAP

APIs and integration patterns. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in the insurance domain or working with agent portals. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
