Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

• Support for service line learning projects in Germany and Europe West region

Learning Administration:

• Drive participant management by organizing their Learning including all communication with the learner
• Communicate with stakeholder and provide information about Learning
• Perform learning deployment activities
• Support facilitator staffing and management
• Support in Learning relevant reporting
• Complete administrative tasks within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors - Credit Awarding, Admin Registration, Program function etc.)
• Organize related activities that result from learning project
• Update relevant learning material for stakeholders and participants

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Commercial acumen and business awareness
• Understanding of EY and EY Talent
• Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office 365 suite - Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Drive and deliver quality services and products to Talent
• Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as 'one team'
• Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
• Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements

Additional Skills:

• Strong organizational skills - the ability to set priorities, manage time and juggle competing priorities
• Strong collaboration skills - the ability to work effectively with and influence team members and stakeholders

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
• Fluent English required

Job Requirements:
Education:

• (Master's) Bachelor's degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience
• Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
• Experience in Learning is preferred
• Working in international and diverse environments
