TSR -Technical Support Representative B2 Level proficiency mandatory for Final Onboarding (Through Versant / Talview or Communication assessment by Trainer) o Mandatory Skills ? Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written) ? Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills ? 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends ? Work Location - TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations o Good to have ? Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 9+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk ? Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets ? Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge ? Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) ? Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products ? Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
