Job Description


The territory sales manager / assistant sales manager\'s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales (Retail & Project), effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. Applicant/s should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the seniors or higher authority. Job Summary: Continually meeting or exceeding sales (Retail & Project) quotas. Supervising the sales as well as self-motivate to achieve sales targets. Encourage and support the establishment of a positive work environment that recognizes both individual and team accomplishments, and provides a haven for open and honest communication. Assisting the manager/seniors in organizing, planning and implementing strategy Coordinate customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales. Support the presentation and ratification of contracts to new owners. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning. Handle complaints from customers. Mediate, counsel, and resolve promptly any issues with or between subordinates and with colleagues. Conduct and/or participate in regular sales management meetings to review both the week and period performance and make action plans to ensure peak performance. Support the development of self-generated business by working with the existing customer base and the local community. Handle any overflow from tour waves. Requirements & Skill Good spoken and written English Proven experience in sales and customer service. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and Dynamic-willing and able to multi-task. Willingness to learn and contribute to the key results of the organization. Easy Adaptability to Internal systems and stability of working with organizational systems. Other responsibility, as may be allocated by the HOD from time to time. Desired Candidate Profile Should be a graduate or related field is advantageous with a good command over English & Hindi (written and oral) Knowledge of MS Office especially word & excel and well versed Should have 4-8 Yrs Exp.
