We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Territory Sales Manager
to drive sales and business development for our
power tools
segment in the
Kannur region
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the
power tools
or related hardware/tools industry and a solid understanding of the
Kerala retail and distribution market
.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and maintain 90% of sales targets within the assigned territory
Analyze low-performing zones and implement effective solutions
Prepare monthly business and travel plans by the 25th of each month
Maintain high team engagement and performance standards
Organize review meetings and execute company benchmarks and policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong market knowledge of Kannur and surrounding regions
Good interpersonal, team management, and problem-solving abilities
