Thorough understanding of Polycab and competitor products and benefits offered. Offer suitable product as per company's strength and availability

Understanding the pain areas and expectations

Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/ targets in new / existing markets

Help ASM to manage channel partner or distributor
