Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of trade schemes.
Prepare and submit sales reports to the Area/Regional Manager.
Requirements
2-4 years of sales experience (FMCG/Consumer Goods preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
