Details of the role / application, as appropriate:

In this role, the Support Engineer will resolve technical cases for customers using the ServiceNow platform. This includes answering technical questions, identifying issues using various diagnostic tools, and collaborating across teams for complex cases. The engineer will use scripting, server administration, networking protocols, and strong problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve issues. A good grasp of ITOM and ITIL processes, along with strong communication, are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with ServiceNow modules such as Asset Management, Discovery, Orchestration, Mid Server, and Service Mapping, and knowledge of scripting languages. This role requires working from the office five days a week. There are two different shifts--Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please note, there are no night shifts.



Key responsibilities and expected 'output':

Responsible for resolving technical issues on the ServiceNow platform, supporting customers via chat, email, web, and phone, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support.
