Job Title: T-School Hiring Lead - Senior Manager

Role Summary
The T-School Hiring Lead will own and drive campus hiring strategy for technical schools across India, ensuring timely fulfillment of fresher demand aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Strategy & Planning
Design and execute T-School hiring strategy for engineering graduates.
Identify target campuses and build strong relationships with placement cells- Tier 1, 2, 3 Engineering colleges.
Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business units and workforce planning teams.
Execution & Operations
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process: pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Ensure compliance with Cognizant's recruitment policies and diversity goals.
Drive digital hiring initiatives and optimize selection processes for scale.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with delivery leaders, HRBPs, and L&D teams to align fresher onboarding and training.
Provide regular updates and dashboards to leadership on hiring progress and metrics.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 10-14 years in Talent Acquisition with at least 4-5 years in campus hiring leadership.
Strong knowledge of technical school hiring trends and assessment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
